ABOUT HOW THE ARMY WORKS:

First I'll advance using cover while shooting and then when im close enough i will use Icons to help the oblies and possibly princes to ds then i'll use lash of submission to lure the enemy squads towards me to shoot them fatser or
to move dsangerous squads away(carnifexes, avatars etc.) then the oblies ds to destroy the enemy tanks/transports(if there are any) and if not they plasma gun as well.
Note: the dreadnought isn't particulary useful, but i just wanted to have this one in my army coz i spent about 30 hours painting/converting him.

Well it's so standard it's nuts. It's a classic lash build and you posted it in the wrong forum. Read some of the lists in the army list forum and you'll see it.
