Flagellent? Whatever the spelling lol. Im not sure there personally. Some of the heads look cool and all, but the cenobites look like melted plastic. Im sure you could honestly melt some faces, and with a razor blade and some GS you could make some pretty passable Cenobites. Deffinitly post some pics when you get going.
It sounds like you are all trying to spell flatulent.
That sounds like a really good idea kingcracker.
You should pre-pin the heads (heh, no pun intended) so you can hold them on paper clips while you do your work.
Check out my project if you want to see some GS work. I can show you how I did it with new pics, perhaps even a tutorial. The main thing is to use incredibly small amounts and to work mainly with a needle-tool (a paper clip can work, but the pointed tip helps a lot). Start by putting a thin layer in the area you want a "hellraiser" stretched skin bit, then use the needle to poke a stretched bit in the skin, you can even follow up with a hook with a few quick pokes to shape it.

Hmmmm... Adrian Smith also does concept work for AT-43, wonder if it's for that instead? They have a new race coming out, the ONI, which are mutants with a touch of the undead.
This seems to be treading chaos and dark eldar ground, even necron to a minor degree, so unless it's for the DE I'll be very surprised if it's GW.
And the blaster and organic targetter would seem an odd choice for a WFB army.
You'll want to get moving on these quickly, since they've been discussing shutting down. But there's lots that would fit the cenobite theme in their Demon faction:
Pinhead would feel right at home with these folks...
The company is based out of France. I know you mentioned you wanted to stick with GW parts, but still thought these might be of use if you're having trouble finding the right bits.
