YO DAKKA DAKKA!

My new long term project, a 1750pt IG Psyker-Battalion army. Converted from Bretonian Ment-At-Arms (I know, we've all seen it before) and Pig Iron Productions gasmask heads. Did a little platoon command squad to start. The psykers will be coming soon out of the Bretonian Archer box . Stay tuned for updates.

I love the Men-At-Arms models. To bad they are not worth a damn in WFB. I love your GS work, very clean and neat. Great work!

They are not really giving the impression of pykers.

Infact they look a lot like Vets.

I do love the Pig Iron Militia heads, I will be purchasing a bunch myself if I can ever unload my old miniatures on ebay... (the wife won't let me buy more unless I get rid of the stuff I have been holding onto for 10+ years!)

Cap'n Gordino's instant grammar guide:
"This is TOO expensive." "I'm going TO the store, TO get some stuff."
"That is THEIR stuff." "THEY'RE crappy converters."
"I put it over THERE." "I'll go to the store THEN."
"He knows better THAN that." "This is NEW." "Most players KNEW that."

A few more for you to enjoy, with heads all round. Knocked up a few basic body conversions today. I like the bodyguard a lot, his head seems to sit just right, peering over the shield.

Unrelated, I'm going to be distracted by a project for a painting competition: Paint An Empire State Officer!
Any sergeant or captain model, in the colours of his home state. The states were randomly pulled from a hat by the entrants, and I drew Talabheim, the poster-state of the 'Eavy Metal team! There is technically no basing restriction, but I'm going to have THIS model:

...atop a pile of Skaven corpses on a 40mm base, in the spirit of the Maiden of Talabheim... the new-ish colour scheme book is obviously part of the inspiration for this competition.
