I would say no bacause you can buy the same items for 80% cheeper.

TheCyben: Seriously though, I'm not advocating GW to model any Boosh characters. If they have to pick one, it would have to be Tony Harrisson... but that would be an outrage.

They are reasonable quality tools. If you definately wanted absolutely everything in the set then it's not too bad although you could buy that stuff quite a bit cheaper.
Or, you could buy a decent dremel-type tool and a load of bits for it which would do everything the set does and more.
The case with laser-cut foam does tempt me a little (I love sets of stuff in foam cases like that....) but not enough to buy it.

The pin drill is pretty good quality. It operates smoothly, and the ergonomics are pretty good. I find it comfortable to use, and the bits it comes with are paper-clip sized without having to experiment with small bits at a hardware store.
Likewise, I got the file set just because all the small files I could find at the hardware store were much longer than I needed, and felt like they'd be unwieldy. I paid a bit of a premium for something that would store alongside my brushes easily and that I could wield with a bit better fine control, and I'm okay with that.
The vice? You'll spend as much or lots more for something comparable at the hardware store, and you'll probably have to settle for something with a permanent, bolt-mount.
The rest of the tools? (Clippers, saw, sculpting tool, knife) You'll find them much more cheaply at a hardware store or hobby/art store.
