I'm potentially picking up the rest of what I need for a Fallschirmjager army (like all the Fallschirm parts!).

Any place besides Fortress that they are located? Afrika? I wouldn't think any of the Soviet books but as I don't have any of those, I have no idea.

No not in late war, but there are going to be Fallschirmjager lists in the Market Garden books which are due out in the next six months.

What period are you doing? Late War, Mid War, or both?

There are Fallschirmjäger lists in Afrika, and I think there is a list for them in Ostfront as well. At least one of the SS lists in Cobra can take Fallschirmjäger platoons, but I'm not sure if there is a complete FJ list in that book or not.

It's just a platoon attached to the 2nd SS Panzer in Cobra. Two squads with an option to take a panzerfaust upgrade.

Cool, I didn't think there was a whole list, but I wasn't sure, as I don't have Cobra. Thanks for clarifying.

How big are the Cobra FJ platoons? Six teams, plus command team? Is it a support platoon, or something else?

It's a support platoon for the Panzer and Panzergrenadier (inc. armoured) and Panzerpioneer lists. Yes six Rifle/MG teams and a command Rifle/Mg team.
