The RED is what i changed, i changed my HQ's Flamer for a Missle pod, i gave every battle suit team a Target Array each, i took all the Targeting Array away from the Devilfish and i even removed one of the Devil fish from Squad 3. Also with Battlesuit Squad 2, i removed the Multi Trackers and the Gun Drone as they were not needed. Tell me what you guys think of the changes i made for my army?

On your HQ construction, it is possible that your AFP round might scatter back onto yourself if you are closing in to use the flamer. In short, the two weapons don't compliment each other very well (other than removing cover saves!). I would replace the flamer with something else that operates at 18 inches or greater to better work with the AFP, like a Burst Cannon or Missle Pod.
Your twin-linked Missle Pod Crisis Suits don't need a multi-tracker to fire the twin linked weapon! Even though Twin-Linking a MP uses two Battlesuit Weapons Systems, it counts as a single weapon of that choice, therefore not needing a Multi-Tracker to fire. Fill that multi-tracker spot with a Flamer; I find it's a great use when things get too close for Missle Pods.
Drop one of the Devilfishes on the Firewarrior Squad and replace it with the Pathfinder's Devilfish. Meaning, when you deploy your pathfinders, move your one FW squad without a Devilfish into the empty Pathfinder one. This way, you don't have a 95 point transport with nothing to do!
While on the subject of your Devilfishes, lose the Targeting Array. You'll mostly be moving them 12 inches to ferry around your Firewarriors, so you won't get the chance to shoot as much as you think. Save the ten points to use elsewhere.
As for your broadsides, get some Advanced Stabalization Systems on there! Well worth those 10 points each, especially when you roll Dawn of War or need to chase a target around a corner.
You have a solid list, it just needs a little tidying up.

Are you from ATT by any chance?? Your avatar looks mighty like an avatar I see over that way..
I just have one question about the Crisis Suit construction - why PR and Fusion blaster combo? I tried that combination for all of about 3 games before swapping it for PR / Missile Pod. The conflicting ranges for me just seemed.. odd to play with. Given that you already have Deathrain's in your list, maybe consider an alternative to my suggestion.
Cheers

I have had a lot of success with this combination. The ranges are close enough (24-12 plus with JSJ it's really 30-18) but the synergy really lies in the AP values of each weapon (2 and 1). This unit will make your opponent move his LR Redeemer filled with Terminators to the OTHER side of the board. Tyranid and Daemon MC's, Dreadnoughts, and even Wraithlords are also afraid of this unit. You have to be tactically aggressive with them due to the range issue, but they can change the course of a game.
To the OP: How does Crisis Team 1 have both Multitrackers and Targetting Arrays for each suit? Are they bodyguards to the HQ? But that doesn't make sense either because he seems to be destined for Team 2, to give them Shield Drones and to have MP synergy. Also, I think the Iridium Armour is a waste on him. Spend that 20 points elsewhere. Like A.S.S. on the Broadsides (as someone else mentioned) or splitting up your Pathfinders into two squads. Other than that, you've duplicated how I like to run my suit configs (good job ). Just my 2 cents.
