I was just wondering if anybody else is still seeing their orders as "being processed" from the sales period. I ordered last Saturday and would have thought it would have shipped by now since all the parts were in stock and it was not a huge huge order. I can imagine a large spike in sales from their bonus 7% though so was wondering if anybody has seen a delay in their order. Thanks.

They're slow on updating their status. I had several items still in the processing state when I already got them.

They just had a 17% off sale that they extended because it was so successful. They're also opening up a massive new games store this weekend with over 70 tables to get ready, not to mention stock, ensuring everything works correctly, all the while filling in web orders.

To say they have a lot on their plate at the moment would be an understatement.

Give them time.

Most of my items that I have ordered have been sent in a timely manner. Only one item that was preordered left from thier warehouse late but was shipped out the next monday instead of friday or sat. Otherwise have been very happy with them.
