Hello I have a Blood Angel army with about 1700 points.
I have 2 HQ's which are Mephiston and Corbulo.
I have to elites including 5 death companies with jump packs
and 5 terminators

Troops are 2 tacticals

Heavy are 3 devastators and a land raider.


I'm thinking of getting thunder hammer terminators w/ storm shields.
Please tell me your suggestion if I should have lightning claws or thunder hammers.

I think the rule of thumb is a 4:1 ratio of th v lc

I opt for Termies with TH/SS.
They guys are absolutely devastating.

But if you don't want them being nominated as over powered, use more lightning claws.
Oh yea, you're Blood Angels...
I use 3x TH/SS and 2x 2x LC in my squad. They go through almost anything.

So what's my storm shields invulnerables save for blood angels?

4+ in CC only, in short grab LC assault terminators if you're BA, slap a chaplain in there and enjoy rerolling hitting and wounding!
