I want to know what people think of the list, The Deff Dread is there as an 85 point fire magnet and if ignored can chew throw light to medium infantry with its twin skorchas...

The 15 Deff Koptas are there to take out armor as I can turbo boost the scout move, move, fire 5 twin linked rokkits into the rear of tanks then assault the survivors... This tactic has been surprisingly effective... most of the time, this consumes the Koptas with the counter attack but if it takes out the tank that will be dropping pie plates then it is worth it...

I am still at a little loss when I am not going first... I outflank the Deff koptas or turbo boost scout them out of LOS or behind heavy cover... The Trukk Will remain near the Mek so it can benefit from the obscured generated from the KFF.

15 deff koptas. That takes ballz. I won't comment on that. I hope it works well.

I don't like Ard' boyz. For the point cost, one of the elite choices would be better. If you are going to do 1 truck mob then it's better as nobz or mega nobz. Some would argue that 1 truck is a bad idea since all of the enemies anti armor will concentrate on it. It will probably disappear quickly. I would drop the truck all together (deny enemy anti armor) and do kommandos if it is suppose to be a foreward attacking unit. Kommandos can do terrible things to an unprepared army.

I think the boyz squads should really be as many 30 model units as possible for footsloggin.

With 15 deff koptas, have you considered a big bomb raid. I've never done it but with 15 koptas that sounds like a good time.

Another thought would be to replace the ard' truck squad with a kan squad to add to the dread wall to soak up fire infront of your army.

I have considered giving every Deff Kopta a Bomb and bomb all enemy models the first turn... Thanks to turboboost scout move and 12" regular move.

It works wonders numerically against horde armies like IG, Orks, and the bugs but if you are fighting a mech army it is just 775 points of fail.

*I hear 15 S4 Ap 5 small blast templates, 45 (25 hit) S5 Ap 5 kinda chew through infantry based armies...
