So i just noticed that commisar yarrick's special rule "force field" says that any wounds that are allocated to him must be rerolled.
I'm reading it that RAW means that even wounds that failed to wound him must be rerolled.
Does anyone else read it that way?

And if so, that kinda sucks.

Wounds aren't allocated unless they're successful.

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Da funny fing is, arf of 'em believe it and da over arf don't, so 'e 'as to hit 'em all anyway or run fer it.

So you assign him a wound, say from a plasma gun, then reroll the wound and if it doesn't wound that;s it?
Sounds kinda wierd

the "roll to wound" must be rerolled after it was originally sucessful and assigned to him. This would obviously be before any saves.

To lead you must first learn how to follow.

It is a little weird. It breaks the structure up a little bit, since you go back and reroll something after allocating the wound.

Hmm you'd almost think it would allow him to reroll failed armor saves.

And Orkeosaurus, what happened to your old avatar? I liked it better.

Personally I think it's kinda annoying that he doesn't have an invulnerable at all.

Annoying, but worth it when your opponent has an awesome (but lucky) roll and has to reroll all successful wounds... lol... Or when an opponent has to wound on 2+ and gets 1s for the reroll... lol... Yarrick is so much fun....

Yarrick doesn't have a refractor field?

(My new avatar is more rebellious. I'll probably change it back soon though, I like my old one too much to leave it hanging.)
