Looking good. Very helpful for creating a very specific look.
Minor technical note
Red Dots are not emitted (at least not outside of a sighting device).. That would just be a laser. Red Dots are a type of sight that uses a single red dot as a reticle instead of a traditional crosshair or other markings in the sight picture.
The IR scopes look like holographic sights.
I'll refrain from being more nitpicky but there are a few other things..

Well... depends. In RL, youre absolutely right. But in necromunda (and SWA), red dot lasersights seem to be what theyre depicted as here... at least going by the inv save they confer to units theyre pointed at...

These are meant to serve specific purposes for people playing a game. Folks looking for a way to represent those game-specific functions will understand what they are.

A proper grimdark Napoleon bizarre Guard army would be one of the few things I'd consider to do in 40K --- particularly if you could field laser-pikes, etc. Just silly proper Guard stuff - nothing like Cadia.

I would love a 40k French Napoleonic set. Shakos with poms, Shakos with plumes, Grenadier bearskins with poms, officer Bicorns... rough rider Hussars, Lancers, Chasseurs!
with the Grognard pattern laz rifle of course.
