Does anyone know if this comes with the top hatch plate with the hole cut out in addition to the turret mount. Or is it just the turret?

Is it the Rhino to Razorback conversion or just a Generic to Chapter Specific Conversion?

If it's the Rhino to Razorback it'll come with the Weapon Mount as well as the Weapon and Casing sprues.

If it's just Chapter Specific then I believe it comes with a bunch of iconography and a chapter-specific casing

The FW Razorback upgrade is just the weapon/ turret components. They fit into the plastic RB top which comes with the GW Rhino/ Razorback kit.
