ok so im sitting here thinking what if a wierd boy was casting form inside a stompa, he rolls for spell cast and gets the er we go, does that now teleport the stompa across the field on the shooting phase. letting him go all stompy on the trooops with a successful deep strike.

No. It teleports the weirdboy and his unit, not the transport he happens to ride in.

A somewhat related question. The wierdboy rolls at the start of the shooting phase psychic test, then power table IIRC. My question is does the power have to be resolved right away, or if its a shooting attack can I use other units first? I don't own the codex, but used a friends for one game.

You roll at the very start to see what power he uses, but nothing is forcing you to use it right away, only that you must use it at some point.

you do have to use ere we go immediatly, all of the others are either shooting attacks or army boosts (+1 A, free waagh). Zzapp is shooting as well as frazzle, ed banger is just frazzle thats centered on the weird boy. Ere we go specifically says "Immediatly"
As far as the deep striking stompa, whats happens when a unit deepstrikes on top of another unit? You go to the mishap table, so even if you could do it, it wouldnt be a good idea because at best you would go into reserve with the stompa, at worst you would lose the whole thing.
