It is red in the WH40k fluff as far as I am aware.
WH =/= LOTR.
Their blood is either red or at least a dark red in almost everything else I have seen too.
It is only when you get really evil chaos orcs or something that you get black blood.

Goblins/Gretchin always have black blood though.

Nope, they just have green skin, but they still use the heme group in their blood to transport oxygen/CO2.
