in the sept issue of white dwarft . theres a pic of the rok and a hard place campaign report! where a gw staffer is holding a dark angels thunder hawk with a single hand . its gotta be plastic . the resign ones pretty heavy . look at the pic and tell me what you think?

its heavy, but not so much you can't hold it in one hand... its like 20 pounds. not THAT much.

It's resin. The guy holding it chimed in here.

Also, I'm pretty sure that if you have the inaugural Apocalypse battle report, you can tell that it's the same DA thunderhawk in both.

the only reason why i say take a look . is because that dude has the weakest grip on that model! hes has that limpwrist upper finger hold on it! the resin ones not a million pounds but it has weight to it . you can test this your self . test the weight between plastic valk and the resign one . or test the differnce in weight between a resign bane blade and a plastic one.whoooo knows its all fun and games untill a 40mm bolter round blows your head off! maybee its on the way .hey we all were amazed by the baneblade and valk . and they sold real well . gw has definately turned around there doing a lotta stuff they havent done in a while? its like retro gw!!

I realy don't see them bringing the thunder hawk out next, there's too many other armys who havnt seen any of there favorite forgeworld pices be made afordable, besides didn't gw buy forgeworld? If gw starts selling that in plastic noone will ever buy the $500 off of fw again.
