It's just sheer and outright greed is all. For one, there're no posted shots in a gallery of the army, so it could be amazingly painted (Though still not worth 3K) or it could look like complete rubbish and the buyer would spend days stripping minis (DEFINATELY not worth 3K). Plus, asking the buyer to pay shipping AFTER the fact that he/she was gullible enough to pay 3K for so little because he's too cheap to at least thank them by paying it himself is just downright obnoxious and ignorant.
To reiterate:
-Pics. Now.
-Pay the shipping yourself. Don't be a cheap feth.
-For 3K, this army better come alive in the morning and make my breakfast for me. Do a proper assessment of value, and then set the price to a reasonable level.

-3000.00 is a stupid amount of money for anything but the largest of armies, nicely painted.
-You don't show it to be either large, or the degree of painting.
-Dwarves are certainly not a top tier army at the moment.

even if i was not selling a thing , the post everyone has put up is worth the time.
i really have laughed so hard my sides hurt. 
As for those on your  please feel free to give it your all.
dont let anything stop you, its always good to get that kind of thing off your chest.
and to wrap things up, the reason i keep coming back to dakka is for all the bad moods that seem to pop up in the forums.
they really seem to lift my soul in a way nothing else can.
