Hi, now our gaming groups campaign is advancing quite nicely I have a couple of questions need answering from the informed members of dakka.

1. I have a close combat specialist...2 power swords. If I'm outnumbered do I get to parry everyone twice (if they have 2 attacks that is) or do I have to allocate my parries between attackers? This also gets a bit confusing when you add in the skill "feint" which I also have.

2. When a model is pinned or down and the model is placed on it's side do I use the lying down model for purposes of line of sight, or should they be standing up? Down seems obvious though for pinned I'm not so sure.

Thanks for any replies

1. I believe he would be allowed to Parry twice (unless the opponent has a Sword and/or something that negates your Parry). Parry states that you can force your opponent to re-roll his highest scoring dice (not first, or one opponent), in multiple combats it says that fights (after the first) are worked out as one-on-one fights. To me it seems that Parry would continue on.

2. We always use his new "pose" for the purposes of line of sight and cover. If a guy gets hit and falls down behind a barricade then he probably can't be seen or will be in full cover (-2).

Hope that helps. My leader is getting two swords the first chance he gets so I hope it's a combo that works.

Thanks.

And yes, getting 2 swords is pretty awesome...throw in some combat skills and infiltrate and you have the perfect heavy hunter. At least that's how I use mine.

Thanks again and good luck.
