Does the other head get to do anything while the other stares at a point in the battlefield? I can't really tell if one head can cast a spell while the other does a RIP or not.

Interesting question...As I understand it, each head is considered a seperate wizard for purposes of gameplay, (except that the body whole suffers the miscast effects) and that you just choose which head you will use each turn. I would imagine that since each head is a wizard in its own right, a RIP spell would indeed remain until you choose to either end it, or use that 'particular' head (or schools of spells for that head) for another spell. If you use the other head, it would not affect the remain in play from the former.
