This is my first article here.

Im into the modeling side of 40K , I love to convert GW models using spare parts from plastic kits you know Bits And staff....
This project started a week ago and is still WIP...
Hope you like it

These are the first parts , all the cockpit pieces.....
For the seat I used WWII US seat belts from Eduard and CMK WWII german control stick and pedestals both 1/48

Next pics , is the right console I made a keyboard from a 1/48 Harrier HUD control , a fire Extinguisher ,an oxygen hose (copper wire) , the other wire at the front of the console is linked to a compass that is hanging to the top frame.

This is the left console all details are made from styren bits and converted piecies from the original model

The top of the sentinel and the side door

And last the engine bay.....I stole this idea from a photo I found long ago

Next post is painting
Please forgive my english I will get better

Wow, nice work. Very clean. These small details should really make this model special.
Look forward to seeing paint.

wow, I like those little details, they look very nice. The subtle details look nice. My question, where did you get the Foot pedals and the Control Unit, the opaic ones.

EDIT: I am not saying it would be a fight, but no one, and I mean no one, can withstand the might of 45,000 US lawyers on a legal rampage...

I love the idea that you added a fire extingusher. The detail is great. I guess the fire extingusher was added to save the vehicle not the pilot in imperial eyes.

The use to make IG crew on foot when the vehicles had escape hatches. YOu might be able to find some on ebay or on dakka swap.

Here is my ebay search. They have them on here:

Very impressive. You paint this thing half as well as you've modelled it, and it'll look awesome.
