Has anyone seen these unlicensed products on eBay? At least the seller is up front about it. Here's a link. I wonder how GW will go after this one since it's in Hong Kong.

Told them about counterfeit recast sold on ebay frequently , they dont even bother asking for the seller's name.
They just replied " dont worry we have been watching "

A friend of mine used to have the job at US HQ of going after these kind of copyright infringements, but that postition was eliminated in the cost cutting done back around 2004.
I was surprised to find that Warhammer was popular enough to counterfeit in the UK as far back as the mid-1990s. During my one wonderful trip to the UK in 1995 I bought a Warhammer shirt with a great looking Chaos badge on it and a GW copyright statement in small print. Years later I wore it to a US Games Day and when I showed it to John Blanche and the other UK Studio guests they said something to the effect of "they got us". Only then did I realize it was not a licensed shirt.
Luckily, I also bought one of the coolest licensed shirts on that trip in the Oxford St. GW store, the one with Karandras the Shadowhunter over the whole shirt. Every time I wear that one to a GW store or event, it gets some notice.

I could make a better looking tshirt with photoshop, 20 minutes of time and a iron on transfer sheet to print too.

Seriously though, I find it ironic that ist is listed as a CSm shirt, yet there is an Ultra on it. A reflection that CSM are Marines with spikes?

No not the Chaos star which we all know is not a GW creation. It was a piece of original GW artwork of a Chaos helmet. I referred to it as a "badge" because of the stand-alone nature of the piece. The GW studio sometimes refers to small stand-alone iconic pieces of artwork they do as badges. The nomenclature in this case was misleading if it was construed as having to be a Michael Moorcock Chaos star.

Wow just seeing the thread title reminded me of a guy last week at the casino where I work at was wearing. It had the double headed eagle on his shirt. I asked if he was a Warhammer fan and didnt know what I was talking about.
Edit: Also had some quote on it that had nothing to do with Warhammer, thats where I was tipped off about it being a ripoff.

They used to have a little blurb about their IP being used to make shirts on CafePress..but I bought a couple of them and some stickers because they looked cool..They also had some Dr. Who stuff with generic logos that looked better than I could produce..
