Can someone make a list based on hit and run/boarding actions?

I was thinking about making a CWE list with Aspect warrior wraithships that close on the enemy, A dragonship and ghostships that sit back and shoot, and escorts to take out incoming ordnance.

Is this a good idea?

Stay away from Ghostships.
Just think of them as 'deer in the headlights'.

With Eldar there is no sitting back, you must keep on moving-shooting-hiding.

Probably being a boring git for a couple of turns. The hit hard if your opponents makes a mistake.

That is with official rules of course and wanna win.
