So what is an optimal build for Khorne's greatest? I have a Bloodthirster w/ armor of khorne, dark insanity, immortal fury and Bloodthirster w/ armor of khorne, firestorm blade, immortal fury, spellbreaker for 'Ard Boyz this year. Would swapping the anit-infantry one to a more characte rkilling one be better: Bloodthirster w/ armor of obsidian, axe of khorne, immortal fury? And which one to make the general? I'm looking for some help on this part. The rest of my list is below.

I run with armor of khorne, dark insanity and immortal fury. I've tried a few other builds, but this one is still my favourite.

I would make the character killer BT the general on account of his obsidian armor, and also would keep the BT that can kill flamable/regen units with ease with an exra dispell scroll. I personally wouldn't use the dark insanity BT because its not exactly relyable on how many attacks it can get, and can let you down at a very important time.

a highelf on a stardragon with dragon armor...The s10 and re-roll hits is the best way to go imo.
