Can anyone confirm if these figures are Legion of the Damned Marines?

If not, any ideas?

They were produced in 1999.

They do not look like LOD marines. I would say that they are regular metal marines with LOD shoulder pad glued on. You use to be able to get the LOD sholder pads from GW bitzs order. Also LOD troopers have bones physically modeled on top of their armor. The person who made thoses Marines did not want to spend the money for the OOP LOD marines box.

These Are Legion of the Damned. That guy, if he's trying to sell those, is falsifying information.

Hell the one in the first shot is holding a GK Nemesis Force Weapon. The guy isn't even trying to hide it

What about figure 2 and the shield he has.

What Chapter is that from?

I don't play the game so have no idea.

None of them are Legion of the Damned. The guy is a liar. They're just Space Marines with Assault Squad/Tactical Squad and Grey Knight bitz on them.

The Shield is a generic combat shield you get with the Assault Squad box.

Fig 1: Old metal marine model, LotD shoulder pad.
Grey knight halberd and an old plastc power fist.

Fig 2: Old metal marine again with LotD shoulder pads.
Basic bolt pistol arm and a shield from the space marine command squad box.

Fig 3: Old metal marine once again with LotD pads, basic arm from the marine frames and i think the metal kombi weapon and arm are from the sternguard metal box.

Might want to make sure that you say they have been converted into legion of the damned and are not the origional models.
The origionals now fetch a pretty scary price on ebay lol.

Yeah have amenended listings and just called them Classic Space Marine Figures and added in the additional info you supplied in description.

Thats true. My oldest brother used to have a fairly large squad of them back in the day, but sold them. Now he choaks when we see those on ebay lol
