i can choose ANY special rule from the main rule book or get another special weapon or another sergeant.
Any suggestions.
the other armies are Eldar, Dark Eldar, T'au and Necrons. Automatically Appended Next Post: was thinking furious charge and later get counter charge.

Furious Charge is what I'd take. Maybe Feel No Pain next.

Feel No Pain is out because Dark Eldar and Tau will largely ignore it with AP2 weaponry.
Furious Charge is a nice bonus but you're going to be beating Tau and Necrons in H2H anyways and you're rarely going to be able to use it against Dark Eldar. The Initiative bonus is nice but most Eldar/Dark Eldar beat you regardless.
Against all of these armies you're going to have a very real problem with getting your assault squad into combat before they shoot you to death. That means you need abilities that will allow your unit to avoid other armies' ranged fire superiority.
I'd go with Scouts, personally. This will let you either outflank to avoid all attacks or infiltrate for a guaranteed 2nd-turn charge. It's still not a great unit, but at least they'll get into combat and have a chance of doing something as opposed to dying horribly before they get there.
After Scouts I'd take Fleet, or try to get Shrike into your list somewhere.

well the list is set in stone and no named charactors can be used.
mainly i was thinking with these two i would get the bonus for charging no matter who charged.
also the 1500 pt list the squad is in every unit deep strikes, the assault squad, CC scout squad in LSS, tac squad in DP, Ironclad in DP, JP chaplain, and a ten man terminator squad with 2 Hvy flamers.

I'd do Fleet/Furious Charge then. Fleet will give you very forgiving deep strike ranges and Furious charge will guarantee you kill everyone.
Those lists are not going to be charging at you unless it's with a unit that's going to completely crush you (C'tan, Banshees w/Doom) so counterattack is pretty pointless.

Infiltrate would be good. Or fleet, or furious charge, for above reasons.

Congratulations, your dismissive and conclusory commentary has provided nothing to this discussion or the wider community on whose behalf you arrogantly presume to speak nor does it engage in any meaningful way the remark it lamely targets. But you did manage to gain experience points toward your next level of internet tough guy. |

My vote is for Scout or Infiltrate. This gives you alot more flexibility in how you use them, including the ability for them to assault the turn they arrive from reserves instead of sitting still on the template. You can always choose to deep strike them if the mission dictates it. Otherwise, Fleet would be my second choice because of the potential for a 24" charge.

There are banshees. I was thinking counter attack for the strength bonus not initive.
last game banshees were wiped out by my term squad leaving a term with a flamer and Chainfist even with doom same combat terminator killed a wraithlord and then shoot the farseer. termie later killed by a warpspider.
