Tyranids were originally conceived more as space dinosaurs... like a Tyran-(sauraus)-FEX

I like it. Presuming Tyrant Guard makes sense in the nex dex and GW don't make a better model (I don't like the current ones much), I may borrow this look for my own Tyrant Guard conversions.

I'm surprised to find out Wargods is even still around, or at least producing models. I just thought they made that one set back in 1843 and then just promised new stuff after that.

But if zoats come back, doesn't that mean 'Nids get their power armor and heavy plasma guns back? Of course, they'd have to go back to the western side of the galaxy. Am i the only one that likes the tyrant guard?

Tyrant guard aren't really meant to do much they are just meant to be a wall of armour carapace infront of tyrants. Which is what i think this current tyrant guard does best lots of carapace armour on a small model.
