Well, I'm in the home stretch on my Ironclad. Unfortunately, that's frequently the worst place to be, if you're one of my minis - I have a ton that are "nearly complete" that I got sick of. Hopefully if I post pics I'll be encourage to actually bring it home. The only things left to do are dullcote and whatever touchups are suggested here. I also haven't done the banner, but probably won't since every banner I have every done looks awful.
Also, this is the first one I have lighted.

I must firstly say WOW
I've heard of lighted models but have never seen a dreadnought lighted. It looks absolutely brilliant.
Personally i wouldn't add a banner. i just dont think it would work that well. Right now it looks great. In terms of suggestions theres not much to suggest really.
great job

banner stripes are indeed decals. I printed off a sheet of my own transfers using instructions from here. I went very light on the spray coat so they'd be as flexible as possible, and then used Gunze Mr. Mark Setter & Mr. Mark Softer after also reading advice here - they are totally kickass products and I love them. You gotta go easy on the Mr. Mark Softer though, or else it turns into Mr. Mark Melter and your decal crinkles up.
The shoulders are Privateer P3 Hammerfall Khaki, washed with Badab Black. I think I planned to do a P3 Basecoat and then do Kommando Khaki, but was happy with the P3 as is.

That's really, really great! Love the pose of the thing, especially the ork being crushed underfoot - gives me a fuzzy feeling inside
If you have more like this pls post them! Don't be worrying if they're slightly unfinished, if they're to this quality, it surely don't matter.

Awesome dread, I agree Jake on the banner. I don't think it would add anything special to the model.
Looks tight the way it is.
Well done.

Just a question on lighting, you may or may not be able to help me with this.
A friend of mine has a monolith and wishes to light up the inside. Using a (what seems to be) similar set up as yours he was able to light up the bottom but the crystal at the top as sadly neglected. Do you know of a way to light a much larger area with several points of exposure?

Everything is so impressive besides the ork which looks a bit to poorly painted compared to the rest of the wonderful model
