Does anyone know if such a thing exists that would pop little round peices out of plasticard? Basically a mini paper hole punch.

It exists. Search for it in a shoemakers' shop or a crafts shop. Mine makes rivets 1mm across for example.

These are used for punching holes in leather belts, for instance. You can buy them on Amazon.com

You can make buckets of Orky rivets quickly by punching different size pieces out of different thicknesses of plastic card.

Small plastic discs are also useful for a variety of modelling purposes apart from rivet heads.

Depending on what size you're looking for, the scrapbooking section of your local Hobby Lobby/Michael's may have what you need. I got a mini-circle punch, about 3mm if I recall, for $3.00.

Dean, I dare you to make less sense!

Look for a Button-Hole punch. Does two 1/16" holes per punch. I use mine all the time for rivets.

Craft stores sell paper/card punches in a variety of shapes, including tiny circles. I bought the three smallest I could find and they work fine on thin plasticard. They're not designed for plasticard so I'd avoid using them on thick plasticard, but otherwise they do the job pretty well.

Yeah, definately the one Killkrazy showed, dude.

I am still hooked to using plasticard rod. I put my hand in a ziploc bag with the rod (so it doesn't fly all over), use a new exacto blade to cut it up into sizes just longer than you need.

To get them on I make a little pool of GW glue, stick rivets lightly on the exacto, put a tiny bit of glue on them with a paperclip or whatever and get them on the model.

After thoroughly drying, I go back and file down the rivets to make em all match and sometimes round the heads off a little. For Orky vehicles, I'll sometimes use a larger rod and add a hex rod piece under it.
