Hey there,
This is an army list that I've been working on for a while and I was wondering what you all thought. Please give me some feedback!

HQ

Boss PK
Big Mek PK

Troops

30 Boyz Nob PK Boss Pole
30 Boyz Nob PK Boss Pole
30 Boyz Nob PK Boss Pole
19 Boyz Nob PK Boss Pole
19 Boyz Nob PK Boss Pole
1 deff dread with 4 dread ccw

Fast

5 Deff Koptas buzzsaw
5 Deff Koptas buzzsaw

Heavy

Battle Wagon Ard Case, Armor Plates, Red Paint, Grot Riggers 4 big shootas
Battle Wagon Ard Case, Armor Plates, Red Paint, Grot Riggers 4 big shootas
Looted Wagon Ard Case, Armor Plates, Red Paint, Grot Riggers

A little weird I know... The looted wagons only purpose is to block line of sight and to soak up shots. Everything else is pretty self explanatory.

Thanks!
Gark

The basic is good... But:
1) Big Mek with only PK? Rather get some points to give him either KFF or KFF and burna/PK
2) That Deff Dread is nice, but Killa Kans are better. Waaaay much better. I know that you don't have any Heavy Support places left but if you could take off the Looted Wagon...
3) I suppose that those Deff koptas have only one buzzsaw? Anyway, I'd rather take them with twin-linked rokkit launchas because the basic equipment IMO sucks. Try to find points for that.
4) The looted wagon. If you have to use it, give it a boomgun. Now that it doesn't, everybody knows it isn't a big threat (expect with orks inside, it's capacity is 20?). Rather not use it at all and get another Battlewagon and drop Boyz to make them fit in one.
5) Battlewagons IMO don't need 'Ard Cases and Grot Riggers, and only 2 Big shootas.

Otherwise pretty solid list which could give some headaches.

Win/Draw/Lost statics
Space Orks: 11/1/1
Space Marines: 10/2/5
Lizardmen: 8/2/3
High Elves: 13/2/2 and one tournament victory!
Dark Eldar: 1/0/0

Thanks for the informative response! I see what you mean about the rokkits vs the big shootas. I don't know why you think Killa Kans are "a lot better" but maybe you could explain that to me I would love to know! I'm not saying there better or worse I'm just saying in close combat a deff dread with that many attacks is to be feared. Here is my revised list:

The deff dread will hardly ever reach melee, especially in a 2k game. For the same cost as a kitted out dread you can get 3 kans. They can soak more shots, do decent damage at range, and can dish it out in melee respectably if they get there.

The standard horde army I've seen usually takes 9 kans. They provide cover for the 30 boyz squads, one or two of which have a KFF mek which provides cover for the kans.
Either way, I'd bring a kff in one of the wagons in your setup.

Simply put if you play vehicle you must play Big Mek with KFF.

3 Battle Wagons may be a bit much since you leave half your army behind. If you use two and add in the big Mek with the KFF and run the Koptas behind or deep strike them in the back of the enemy lines.

That said how does you list do against tank heavy lists? Is there enough tank killing with just the Koptas?

7 PK's should suffice for anti tank :p

and I'd drop a couple koptas to add in the Big Mek with KFF

I agree with capcap that doing a mech/footsloggin' list combined isn't very effective what i do suggest is that try and use your bosses special ability to take nobs as troops.if you decide to use this make sure they all have different equipment for wound allocation this may be a points sink but can be a vert effective tank killing squad if done right.

also consider putting some units in trukks as they will compliment your battlewagons

Well anyway that my opinion
