Just if anyone was curious. You should provide either a picture or a link next time, as most people won't bother going to your gallery.

Oh, and I have no idea. Perhaps an old Guardian with a Flamer?

Spent a few minutes searching.
Oddly enough, he's a guardian with a lasgun.

Yep. 1990-91 period Eldar Guardian with lasgun.

Of course, 'Guardian' was a product of the 1990 revamp of the eldar, with the creation of the path system Jes Goodwin redesign.

A lasgun isn't even in the new codex.

Oh lord no. But that mini heralds back from a time when alot of armies used similiar if not the same weapons.

The closest thing in the new codex that is like a las gun is the las blasters of the swooping hawks.

That's from a time when Space Marines could have shuriken catapults. Just count it as a regular guardian if you use it.

yeah, I got some of those guys. I'm using one with a sweet crest and power sword as my DA exarch. Also, all my howling banshees and one of my warlocks have laspistols.

Playing Space Marine demo while GF was scrapbooking:
Me: I can turn it down, if the screams of dying orks are annoying you.
Her: That's ok, I love hearing the screams of dying orks.

My armies (W-D-L):
2,000 (about 1,200 painted and now I'm feeling the call of Russ) 3-4-3
2,000 (about 1,000 painted, WiP) 0-1

They're alternate pattern (or older styled) shuriken catapults these days, since eldar can't have lasguns.

When these were 'new' EVERYONE used the same weapons.
Orks had bolters, not shootas.
Eldar had lasguns, las pistols and lascannons as well as shuriken catapults (and - later -pistols and cannons).
Marine scouts could use shuriken catapults.
Even tyranids had "Imperial weapons" - the old hunter-slayers had bolt pistols, not fleshborers.

And when Shuriken catapults were much better than the Bolter- of course, GW's raging hard-on for the Marines quickly removed this.

Fixed that for you. I have the old 2nd ed rulebook, and a shuriken catapult is the same as a stormbolter, except it had a stronger armor save modifier. That didn't make sense to me though, since I think ninja stars would have less potential for ignoring armor than say, an explosive mini-rocket.
