Do dozer blades count as the hull of a tank? When checking range to fire at a tank, do you consider it in our out of range if the tape ends right on top of the dozer but not the chassis?

I know the RAW answer is no, it is not part of the hull, but I want to see how everyone plays it.

No. They're specifically mentioned as one of the examples of decorative and not part of the hull iirc.
