The value of OOP models really veries, depending on how good they are, how many of them there are around, and on how much someone wants them now.
I know it's not particularly helpful, but essentially they're worth whatever someone is willing to pay for them.

Generally speaking, I would add that OOP models are less detailed and more uniform than newer models as well. For example, Gretchin cost $1.25 apiece in the new package, which doesn't thrill me at all. However, I scoped out e-bay and got 60 OOP gretchin for $0.25 apiece. That's a worthy endeavor for something I don't use often.
I'd say stick an auction on e-bay and you'll get fair market value for them.

Watch Ebay for a few weeks & you'll see the market. A group of 3 OOP CSM (like the bottom photo) sold for $8.50 + $5 SH about 2 weeks ago.
Is the 1K son even OOP? I want to say that GW has been selling that figure from the online store.

The first picture is the original Thousand Sons mini from about 2nd edition [I think?]. There are sites that catalogue minitures if you would want to look for more info. Sorry I don't know the names of any but i'm sure someone here wouls know.
The second picture is definitely the first range of Chaos Renegades released when Slaves to Darkness came out [this was a Chaos supplement released for WH40K: Rogue Trader and WHFB 3rd Edition, say 1988-9].
In terms of eBay value, most OOP metal minis seem to recoup approximately the same value as a new metal mini [assuming that they are not badly painted etc]. Only very rare; Games Day/White Dwarf/Skullz special minis seem to attract high values over and above retail.
If you fancy taking a punt on eBay I would recommend leaving it until after Christmas or prehaps even January so that your potential bidders haven't got other bills to pay.
They are nice models, especially since they have the original backpacks. Give it a go and you might get a nice suprise, but remember as with any auction you need a bit of luck and hope that the right buyers are looking at the same time. Good Luck mate.
