have a deal with this guy back on the 21st of Oct., made a deal for his Space Marine bikes.
prior to the deal, he was very forth coming and willing to answer questions, and worked with me to set a buying price on the bikes, though after the first half of the payment was sent all contact was lost, now just under a month later I am trying to contact him again, have sent out emails and such to try and get him to answer me.
so I am cuirous to see if there is anyone else that has made purchases or deals with him, I know he said he had sold his Wulfen, but I don't know to whom so I decided to bring this out to the general populace and see if I am alone in waiting for my models.

thank you Dakka for reading, and hope to have an end brought to this, to be honest this is the first real hitch I have had in the swap shop.

hey Dakka, this has gone unresolved and I would have left this to rest, but seeing as Quakejake13 has started to come back to life(I noticed he posted something on the 15th of Dec) and still hasn't gotten back to me, that it would be best to put this back at the top so as to both perhaps get him to say something, or at the very least warn others of his prior actions.

if this was wrong of me, then I apologize MODs, and feel free to take this down, and I will simply send a PM to the new trader and hopefully prevent them from going through the same situation I had to go through.

well I got him to PM, and he says that he will send out the models in question. so here is hoping this whole thing gets worked out, though after getting the message from him stating he will send out the models he hasn't been back on, so we will see what happens.

well its been over a month and nothing has happened either way, I think honestly he will just keep dodging me as I have no real way to get a hold of him off of the internet.
it would be really nice if someone who knew him could supply an email address, a phone number or the like. thanks for reading, and maybe I get this solved, if it doesn't solve itself I will have to look into Mail Fraud, hopefully it won't come to this, and I can just simply walk away with my cash.

I'll be sending pms to all those on his buddy list, just wanted to put up what I was doing so this report doesn't get buried, and this way others who have dealt with him can chime in.

Did you pay using a credit card? If so you can file a Paypal Claim or a Credit Card Chargeback to get your money back.
