right, just picked up a few models off e-bay so hopefully i can get a few friends to start necromunda up. got enforcers painted up, but they need someone to make work for em.

was thinking along the lines of.

160 Leader
Chainsword
Las pistol

205 Heavy
Heavy stubber
lasgun

205 Heavy
Heavy Stubber
lasgun

150 2x Gangers
2x Shotgun W/ man-stoppers

150 2x Gangers
2x Lasguns

115 3x Juvies
2x Laspistols 1x Stub Gun

15 Ratskin Scout

not really sure about it... book says the girls are more suited to CC. and i feal like something is wrong with the ratskin scout, 15 credits seams to cheep for what he can do.

but the plan is to have the Gang leader going up the middle with the shotguns and the meat shi... i mean juvies, while the lasguns and heavy stubbers give some fire support... Heavies have backup weapons in case the stubber fails.

lots of edits: tweaked the list as things came to mind

Leader is ok, though some people will trade the reliable ammo roll for a better shot at longer ranges.

Hvy: I don’t think you need 2 identical hvies.
Lasgun is a good back up
I think the second heavy would do well with a flamer instead.

With points saved you can get more gangers or juves.

Gangers with shot guns and lasguns are cool.
Generally most would suggest a min. of 5 and upwards of 6 to start.

Juves: Autoguns would prob. be better IMO.
Stub guns are… for variety but I don’t think I’d touch that.

Ratskin is ok for utility purposes, not really in-game strengths though.

Note: I have next to no experience with a gang of my own (still WIP) and have only played one game and watched others play, but I’ve done a lot of reading on the subject, so YMMV with my advice.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

i can allways buy the flamer heavy a replacemnet weapon later on right? like a lovely heavy plasma

i could see switching one heavy to a flamer... but then i think i should switch the backup weapon over to a shotgun with either man stopers, or bolt shells.

The one issue I have with flamers is that they are a really high priority target, and unless your opponant has a lot of melee orientation they are fairly easy to avoid. Personally, I would suggest a hand flamer is just about as useful. Granted, more dense terrain or more melee oriented enemies might justify a full flamer. It just seems to me that flamers are scary and intimidating, but really don't end up doing much.
