I just can't seem to understand what these are used for.
I made some models with vox casters for my Servants of Decay, but frankly I don't know what it does at ALL.

They're for Orders. If the issuing commander and the the unit both have a vox caster, the unit may reroll its leadership test.

Read the codex instead of asking for rules.

I read the codex twice and searched google, I just don't understand orders...
I'll be heading to my local store and I'll ask them, since I seem to annoy so much.

You read the codex twice and searched google. This is not brain surgery. The officer issues an order. The squad need to take a leadership test to follow it. If they fail and have a vox caster they can re-roll.
What part of that do you not understand. Its written clearly. Do you even have the latest codex?

Indeed it is no brain surgery it is almost pointless to use vox caster with Servants of Decay as they do not use orders... but still have that optinon...
