Hrm. I would take at least two shield drones in your Shas'o squad

Drop the Ethereal is my advice, their honor guard is nice, but the HQ is terrible.

Elites, I'd drop the stealth teams and load up on crisis suits, for general suits I prefer a team leader with plasma rifle, missile pod, HW MT, Targeting array, and the other two suits with a twin linked weapon system and targetting array. (A lot of people feel TL and targeting array is overkill, but it's my preference. YMMV)

If you want fusion blasters, I'd take them on Piranhas in fast attack.

I'd ditch the sky rays in heavy support and bring more rail heads

I'd probably drop the rail rifles from the pathfinders and give them all ML

And I'd make sure all the fire warriors have devilfish transports (can hijack the one from Pathfinders for one squad)

Kroot: I'd drop the shaper and use the points to get hounds for each of the squads, you need those Initiative 5 attacks.

Thanks for the advice.

I've found that stealth suits can be much more effective than crisis suits in the right circumstances.

The ability to deep strike with melta weapons is hard to pass up.

True, but crisis suits can do that as well, twin linked even. I like the stealth suits, they're just terribly expensive

and crisis suits cant?

crisis suits can do what stealths can, minus the stealth stuff, but with the addition of possible setups such as:

Twin-linked Fusion blasters with TA (so you don't miss)
Fusion Blaster, Missle Pod, Multi-tracker (for extra chances for pen against light armour, or hits from behind)
Fusion Blaster, Targetting Array, Target Lock (if you deepstrike near multiple vehicles)
Fusion-Blaster, Plasma Rifle, Multi-tracker (for the option to take out MEQs, terminators, or necrons without giving them armour saves)
Fusion Blaster, Burst Cannon, Multi-tracker (2 stealth suits worth of firepower in 1 suit!)

and those are all just fusion-blaster related stuff. many more possibilites for a crisis suit exist.

Oops sorry, I forgot that crisis suits could deep strike.

Stealth suits can infiltrate, have stealth filed generators, and 6 suits per squad do me better in more games than 3 crisis suits. (Demolisher cannons are very painful...)

Then somebody needs to be shoot jumping each turn and not standing infront of 60 tons of low tech scrap that kills you

I like the list as a whole, and it could work well.
but i'd drop stealth suits in turn for crisis.
Generally they just tend to be more flexible in terms of options and roles in game.
also, they last longer

If you dont have the points then drop the vesps, since they will generally be shot to death before doing much, and also, against horde armies they such, that AP isnt being put to any real use other than overkill.

Suffused with the dying memories of Sanguinus, the warriors of the Death Company seek only one thing: death in battle fighting against the enemies of the Emperor.

Easier said than done when the LRD is turning around to blast you with its main gun, hull LC, and sponson Plasma Cannons.

But... 2 S8 AP1 Melta shots and 12 S5 shots on rear armour 10/11 can blow up the toughest of tanks. So can crisis suits, but...
