Don't have my codex with me, so here's my question - Are you limited to one dedicated transport per troop selection? Or one of each (a rhino, drop pod, and a razorback for one tac)? Or as many as you want (6 razorbacks per tac)?

I think it says something along the lines of a (insert transport here), so you could only take one of each, but i don't believe you may have more than one transport per squad

Each unit may only take a single dedicated transport.
If you have a choice of multiple transports, you may pick from the list, but you can only take a single one.

Suffused with the dying memories of Sanguinus, the warriors of the Death Company seek only one thing: death in battle fighting against the enemies of the Emperor.

What does common sense tell you?

It says Rhino OR Razorback. IF the squad numbers 10 models, may take a drop pod.

But yeah, common sense, can your squad split into enough groups to make use of each dedicated transport?

I say RAW, 1 per squad.

I gotta agree with Johnno... "May select a Drop Pod, Rhino or a Razorback" also, they use the singular version of the vehicles.

But as far as common sense goes... 10 man squad, combat squads... two razorbacks would be nice.

Which brings me to my question... If you can only purchase one razorback with the squad, and since transports are not listed under any force organization chart, is there no way to purchase 2 razorbacks for a combat squad 10 man tac except to purchase one for another unit and load the second combat squad after deployment?

You're right on the singular version. My common sense says if you have a 10 man squad and want to transport them all, pick a rhino or drop pod.
Razorbacks are for smaller squads, or like I use them, 10 man squads where the heavy weapon combat squad is stationary and the sgt + special weapon combat squad rides in the razorback.

And no, I wouldn't say there is a way to have two razorbacks for a 10 man squad without taking one from another squad and embarking after deployment, but then the other squad would be footslogging. Squads are split up into combat squads during deployment, up til then they count as full strength. One squad, one transport.

Not only do you get a free special and heavy weapon if you go with a 10 man squad, but your transport doesn't take up a FOC slot. Wanting to have several transports for one squad is asking a bit much IMO. I guess you could always buy a land raider as a heavy choice.
