This one is my converted lizardman character , which can be used for different "count as" or as Go-Rok ( no models available for him )
but basically he is a very tough scar veteran . Im quite proud of how it looks , as i think it looks better than GW metal ones >.> ( arrogance! )

Seen this one allready hun, but looks good
Why not buy the metal one though?
Otherwise you lose a temple guard from the unit

Amazing conversion work, I love Lizardmen! When are you planning on painting it.
What parts did you use and how long did it take?

lol, ok, he looks the same to me
does he have a shield though?
I would be tempted to remove the shield and have both hands holding his mace (simple cut, chop and GS job)
Meh, go for a full 4 ranks of em, the bonus is allways nice, and 1 dead means you only get a small rank bonus
GW's ones look like gak, hence why i allways made my own, however, mine was based on kroq'gar, with a metal temple guard head and a new wep lol

I have commissions i have to finish once it stops raining ( Canadian weather is pretty bad sometimes for priming models -_- )
Parts Body + head = temple guard , helmet crest = standardbearer but i glued it on anyways lol
the flags on the back are saurus coldone cavalry , mace arm is made out of temple guard + chaos warrior arm

Yes he have a shield :< ( Go-Rok is the most defensive hero in the army book , he is so tough he negates charging bonuses from enemies )
I dunno how to cut his arm into holding a 2 handed weapon though ... ( i admit i first attempted to make him into Chakax xD )

lol, fair enough then with the shield :*
The left hand thats holding the weapon is simply a cut at the wrist and rotate the weapon.
The right hand is a cut at the elbow joint so you can slant it towards the weapon haft.
You may then need to change that wrist aswell.
I went through this with 60 of the irigional chaos warriors when giving the great weapons lol.
Meh, he looks good no matter what

Bleh lizardmen is the worst army so far to assemble , i have like 3 seperate cuts / stabs in 1 night of assembly.
I line the spear saurus up in order , so i know which one = enough time for glue to dry , and i kept getting stabbed when i pick them up. And then when i try to snip the saurus part out of their frame , my finger some how ends up between the spear and the sprue frame with the tip jabbed in the area that attach the nail to the finger -_-
Then gluing the razordon , the glue seem to hold together EVERYTHING other than the model itself.
Not to mention its hard to hold it because the whole thing is made out of spikes ( i already snipped tiny bit off all the spikes tips and they are still sharp ... )

Then be more careful hun
Or, stop drinking while modelling
So you do a production line sort of thing to glue them like i do. (i still manage to grab one thats not dry lol)
Maybe you should just watch out more?
Only time i really jab or cut myself is when im trimming down parts on models, and i do tend to slip alot XD
In which case hun get a small vice.
That way you keep the model in there and glue parts to it.
Saves putting pressure on it while holding it to get a grip.
