Ok, so, I have always seen people making necromunda characters and have always loved the idea of very customized small squads that skirmish with other stuff, and I love the character you can put into the models.

My questions are such:
Is there a necromunda rulebook somewhere to create characters and rules of gameplay?

Is it similar to the turn base in regular 40k? My friend and I figured if it was close enough, we would just come up with models and rules ourselves and play, provided we are both ok with the rules and point costs...

Armies I play:
-5000 pts
-2500 pts
Mechanicus -1850 pts
