hi all i seem to have a bit of bad luck with my trades recently...

i have sent him

25 plaguebearers and command

i have yet to recieve

15 GNs in power armour
2 dreadnoughts

i have provided him with an invoice:


he deemed this to be "completely lacking in credibility"

i have since provided him with a second invoice:


is this, in your opinion a credible invoice if not why and what else does he need? if so why is it more credible than the first one?Quite frankly iam getting more than annoyed at this guy

if he continues to refuse to mail the GNs i'm seriously considering reporting him to authorities in the USA have you guys gotten any experience with him and or filing a police report overseas?

It all depends on what you guys agreed upon. I understand being annoyed but has he recieved the plaguebearers and did you guys agree to send at the same time or something else? You also have to give people a little time.

$64.85 to ship a squad of plague bearer o_o ( am i reading it right? )

we agreed that i would ship first and provide shipping info, then he ships, i have fulfilled my part but he refuses to ship, which is what pisses me off very very badly..... imo he is also really sluggish with responding to pms (48h+) and seems only to reply when i tell him that i will either open a transaction report and or report him to the cops...

edit/ personally i try to get back to people asap, and try to get trades over and good out as good and fast as is possible, i agreed to go first because he was worried because of the magnitude of the trade, i agreed (lesson learned! - never go first again...)

@ luna 10.80 i managed to have it go as a large letter because i used a toughbag for envelope and wrapped the plaguebearers in bubblewrap which kept the letter below 2.5cm ,YAY!

1. I haven't dealt with either party.
2. For PaintbrushTurkey, Did they not give you a receipt that shows the From/To addresses that they sign or print out for you? (Obviously, don't post that here.) That would be good further proof of shipment to have.
3. Taking 2 days to reply to messages/PMs/Emails is excessive and unprofessional, but not necessarily a sign of delinquency.

no, regrettably not as iam not about to pay ~50 dollars for insurance that "is no longer applicable once it leaves our shores"

have studied the "proof" sent to you and it is not sufficient. The receipt only shows an air mail package being sent from Australia to the US. There is no tracking number nor anything on the receipt to show where the package is being sent in the US. This is not acceptable proof by any stretch of the imagination. All the packages sent by the person to Australian addresses list a postal code but the US letter does not. Also the sender could have easily sent the package with a tracking number which would have eliminated all this mystery. There are clear instructions how to do so on the Australia Post web site. The sender has not met the agreement since he has not sent you any evidence a package has been sent to your address such as a tracking number or a receipt from Australia post listing your zip code.

in addition the reciept shows that 30 plaguebeares weigh .330 kilograms which i severly doubt
if the package comes ill gladly ship it out

if you wanted tracked insured then that is your issue, i said i'll provide proof of postage this is what i did... guess there is no other way than to wait it out..... suffices to say that this will be the last time i shall deal with you..., you have a point about the weight, i have no idea why that would be, maybe the scales are wrong? i won't be arguing that means cheaper postage for me :-)

I dont want to get involved here, but i can confirm that they do weigh around this. (most services add weight, and remember the wrapping adds up too.)
All i would say is that no one judge until something can be done.
For example: Give it 2 weeks.
Not much chance of a US to Aus service dropping off in under a week, that would be pretty amazing.
Keep it civil, keep in contact, it will make life alot easier.

Usually when people do rip someone off they wont go posting on here, let alone on the thread about it.
My advice to you both is just to calm down and take it a step at a time.
Insults and accusations wont get anyone anywhere.

100% incorrect. All of the packages I've been sent from the US that included tracking have been tracked right up to my door.

Agree with bunker here i sent to Sweden and it had a confirmation code and his also did.

I wouldn't like to ship within my own country w/o a tracking number, much less ship internationally.

Also I have shipped and recieved items internationally and have never been charged extra to have a tracking number. If you don't have a way to track your package here is no way you could even know if it arrived to deffskulls or not. Your package could be hung up in customs for awhile and you would not even know it.

It is now required by USPS to use a customs form, which has a tracking number, on ALL packages going Internationally.

Been a requirement for last month+

to be frank i'm honest with my dealings and expect the persons i trade with to do the same, auspost are a bunch of greedy sods and will charge you for everything. i have never had any problems with customs as miniatures neither smell of illegal substance nor look like them and are clearly discernable on xray machines...., proof of postage is an invoice, this is what i provided and it is what is commonly accepted, deffskullz is the first person that is making dramas and generally is a friggin pain to deal with. had he told me he wanted it sent insured then i would have sent it insured... also i don't give a damn if it arrives at his place i mailed it and sent him the reciept, if he still refuses to send me the minis that is fraud.....

we have customs fors here in aus, i've never checked if they have tracking numbers on them

Although I do not see an issue with your overall comment, please understand that your first sentence could be taken in an aggressive/dictatorial tone.
