Two days ago i started thinking of what i should do with my guard. I already went through two paint scemes but then when I was reading something by Death_Guards the painting he did with the grey was amazing! So i had to think of an army, well kind of two the Imperial Guard sid ( witch i am currently working on ) and the space marine side, that had grey in it. I thought of the rouge wolves because my Guard were already a special stealth unit, so i thought it would be fine. Im sorry to say I cant really work on much new things untill christmas because my dad ( im only 13 ) holds my money and wont let me get anything until christmas since he is getting me warhammer 40k stuff. But after that i plan to get a whole lot with it, hopefully some forge world and for my Guard i need a SM scout sniper pack since i have a sniper squad. Uhh i will post what i have so far hopefully tonight and my army list later thanks!

Heh, sounds like a nice concept, let´s see some pics. And hey, you might get some stuff you can use for this army this christmas.

One thing though I have to say though. Rogue. R O G U E. Unless you actually mean rouge as in the makeup?

And don´t worry, about half the people on this board seem to like spelling it like you did.

Anyways, back on topic, you could probably do great things with dark greens and greys for the guard, washed with badab black.
Also, I believe the scout snipers come with Night Vision Goggles, you could spread these around in your army, and use them to show their stealth nature.

Ooo nice i'll defanantly look into those goggles and that gun reminds me of the m-4 with grenade launcher and lazer sight version the the lasgun i made, what did you use for the suppresor i couldnt find something sturdy enough? and yea ha im not that good with spelling and i have some pictures im posting now but the figures are going to have to waite till tomorrow i tried to get some but they all turned out blurry.

The suppressor is a short piece of 3mm aluminum pipe, available from well stocked hobby shops around here. Not sure where you´d grab them in the states. I illed it up with GS, and drilled a hole in it after it dried.

The gun draws inspiration, both from the M4 and from the Pulse Rifle in the movie Aliens. I figured it was fitting, since he´ll be going against Tyranids inside a space hulk in a few weeks, along with his buddies...

I like the build you have going so far. I would definitely look good with a nice solid base, and about two pounds of ground up plastic sprues all over it !

I can understand the pain of only having so many resources to work with. I've found though than you can really get creative when you don't always have the parts you need, and sometimes come up with something altogether better.

ok thanks i will. ok to the army i finished the fatigues on one of my men and this morning i plan to finish him ( mostly ) and i can probibly get the rest of the squad in and get some pictures on, but first i have to find my missing grenader......

Sounds good so far. Nice terrain it looks really worn down but still partially live-able.

Sorry i didnt do much today a got realy sick. But my sister is home now so hopefuly she'll help me take some pictures of my miniatures. still didnt find the grenade launcher guy...... he was one of my favorites. I'll just have to keep looking.
