Too even a spread frankly. Chaos needs a strong fleet role plus secondary roles.
See what you have got:
carriers
long range lances
massed batteries
speed
Now you need all of those things but you have them evenly wheras you need strength in one or two areas.
8 launch bays is enough of a carrier commitment for defensiove play, but one more Devastation would give you superiority in this field.
Devastations also provide long range lances, but only half the aplied firepower because they are broadside mounts. You dont have much in the way of other lance firepower. Slaughters are too short range and you have but one Hades. Replacing the Carnages with Murders would fix this problem.
Massed batteries are easy to come by for Chaos, Carnages or murders both provide defence against Eldar, Carnages are simply easier to deploy. However with your mixed ranges and arcs you are playing the defensive game.
You have speed, but only two Slaughters, which are short ranged and need seperate from the fleet. This skews your fleets approach, some requiring long range (devastations) other short. Support your Slaughters with more Slaughters and or escorts.
Naturally you cant have all this so something has to give. the question of where is up to you. Your choices are to add another carrier and drop the Slaughters to one picket at most. Its a good idea at the same time to swap in as many lances as possible Murders and Hades, possibly the Acheron; at the expense of other ships.
Conversely add a third Slaughter and some escorts back them up with two lingering devastations and so straight for the enemy. Squadron the Devastations so they benefit from the warmasters leadership and mark of Tzeentch.
Thirdly swap the Carnages for Murders then back up with Infidel, use the long range torp fire to engage early. Use the Salughters to follow up and exploit where the enemy is weakened. This is the closest to ther fleet you have here.
In any case there are several ways to play Chaos, but the strong overriding principle is that the little of everything doesnt work. Choose which of the particular strengths you want to play, choose two different ones to be safe, give yourself basic cover only for the rest and concentrate your strength against a portion of the enemy fleet in sequence.
