I am a rusty Warhammer player who has not played a game of Warhammer in many moons, and many moons would likely total to more than the amount of Warhammer games I have played in my life.
My list will appear to you to have some awkward choices. I am a bit silly about my fascination with certain numbers, and as such, there are some distinct choices in the construction of my list to best correspond to my preference for certain numbers, namely 333 and 777 (and an aversion toward 666). As such, I am not specifically looking for list-construction advice where it would inhibit the list's ability to arrive at these numbers in the multiple cases in which it has. The main area where I feel the list construction itself is most open to adjustment are the Special and Rare sections (simply because they least utilizes these numbers), though I would like to keep the theme of having every unit mounted in some manner (Warhawk Riders are perhaps an option over the Wild Riders).
What I am most looking for is advice on how to effective play the list as it stands. I am rather lacking in that department.
The list:
Wood Elves 2250 (Actual Total = 2227)
Characters (777 Points)
Level 3 Spellweaver: 333 Points

Wood Elf Noble: 175 Points
Base (75), Great Eagle Mount (50), The Spear of Twilight (30), The Helm of the Hunt (20)
Level 1 Spellsinger: 127 Points
Base (90), Elven Steed (12), Calaingor's Stave (25)
Level 1Spellsinger: 142 Points

Core (777 Points)
7 Glade Riders: 204 Points
Seven Base (168), Standard Bearer (18), Musician (9), Horsemaster (9)
5 Glade Riders: 129 Points
Five Base (120), Musician (9)
-----The above two units total to 333 Points and I plan to run them vaguely in cohort-----
10 Glade Riders: 276 Points
Ten Base (240), Standard Bearer (18), Musician (9), Horsemaster (9)
7 Glade Riders: 168 Points
Seven Base (168)
Special (573 Points)
5 Wild Riders: 191
Five Base (130), Musician (0), Standard Bearer (18), Wild Hunter (18), War Banner (25)
5 Wild Riders: 191
Five Base (130), Musician (0), Standard Bearer (18), Wild Hunter (18), War Banner (25)
5 Wild Riders: 191
Five Base (130), Musician (0), Standard Bearer (18), Wild Hunter (18), War Banner (25)
Rare (100 Points)
Great Eagle: 50 Points
Great Eagle: 50 Points
Total = 2227 Points
Total Power Dice: 7
Total Dispel Dice: 6 (If only I could make this 7...)
The Spellweaver is my favorite selection. She costs 333 Points herself, her statline has exactly three 3s (Strength, Toughness and Wounds), her Elven Steed statline has exactly three 3s (Weapon Skill, Strength, Toughness) (as do all Elven Steeds

), she is a Level 3 Wizard, generates 3 Power Dice, and has 3 magic items. I have also been told that the Wand of Wych Elm is a very efficient item.
I intend to use her three dice on one or two spells a turn, reserving the pool dice for my Level 1 Spellsinger with the Stave so that she can cast Tree Singing 3 times a turn.
The Noble on the Great Eagle was a great suggestion by a friend of mine. He is designed to perform as a powerful character (preferably mage) hunter by presenting four Strength 6 attacks on a 20 inch charge with Weapon Skill 7 and Killing Blow, additioned by the Great Eagle's two Strength 4, Weapon Skill 5 attacks. I would like to be able to pay 4 extra Points to equip him with Light Armor and a Shield, bringing his Armor Save to a 4+ with the Helm (am I correct in assuming he does not get +1 to his save for having a Great Eagle mount?), but unfortunately that would put me over the 777 Point total for my Characters and I have been unable to work the math any other way to my preference.
I also like the fact that the army has three Great Eagles (counting the Noble's), but am unsure how well they will perform.
My greatest worry is that my army does not present enough meat. I believe it will be my intention to try and charge as may of my fast calvary units into a single enemy unit at once in an attempt to pick them off one by one while maintaining distance from the majority of the opposing army, and I assume I will spend a great deal of the game letting arrows and magical volleys fly about, but I have little experience in this regard and do not know if I will get steamrolled by various average lists of certain armies.
Any advice you can offer as to how to effectively field and play my army on the tabletop would be most appreciated.
Thanks for reading, and I hope my silly preference for certain numbers does not frustrate any efforts to provide advice.
