Do you think this army could work?

Not bad but i dont think you need two squads of burna boyz. I'd drop one and get some deffkoptas and another squad of 20 boyz to go in the burnas BW.

First, you need to remove the individual points costs on things like the big mek, that is a no no.

Second you have a mostly mechanized army with 30 more boys on foot, this makes no sense whatsoever. Are you going to screen them with the grots while half the army rushes forward? It splits your force and splits your army style which is worst move with Orks.
