They don't seem too common. Tau have them and I just discovered that Blight grenades count. Are there any other armies that make use of defence grenades?

WIP Biker Battle Company 95% painted
2500 Points Isstavan Drop site massacre Iron Hands (still waiting for dat codex) 
I managed to play a 1750 point game with minimal proxieing on the first day DE came out.  go me!
