Ok, so I've been looking through the rules, and I noticed these two things

1. deployment:

Deploy 1/2 of your army, keep the rest off board.

2. Drop pod assault.

it says to deploy 1/2

say I have 8 choices, and that makes for 4 in DP, can I choose to all 4 as reserves?

@Captain Solon: I am quite confused. You do not have to put half your army in reserve, you can put as much or as little as you want. As for the drop pods. If you have x Drop Pods in the army, all x must be placed in reserve and on turn one, you must deploy x/2 (rounded up), assuming you are playing Nilla Marines and not one of the 9001 other versions of the Drop Pod rules.
