After I complete my other two armies I an thinking of starting a vostroyan force(very fluff based) and I want to know what weapons(other than Heavy Bolters and plasma guns) and are there certain vehicles that are employed by the first born

I want to play a stricly fluff based army but I havent a clue about how to build a list other than vets, carapace armour and the weapons stated above.

So are there certain vehicles that would be expected in a vostroyan list such as the the LR executioner(for the uber plasma) but in terms of artillery and other vehicles what shouldn't I touched with a barge pole when building this list.

Also due to their pride I'm going to assume ab-humans are out of the picture.(But I may be wrong )

so there you are dakka,I'm looking to you to help me figure out what to consider when building this list in the future.

You're spot on with the furry hats and Carapace Armour, but beyond that it's a little hazy.

According to some of the books, they have a tendency for Heavy Bolters, as well as the occasional sniper team. They also like their Chimeras (with a side of Russ) but seem to shirk from Basilisks.
