So heres the list as it stands now:

Slaanesh DP w/ Wings

10 Plague Marines w/ 2 Plasma Guns, AC w/ PF in Rhino
8 Noise Marines w/ 8 Sonic Blasters, AC w/ PW in Rhino
10 CSM w/ 2 Melta Guns, IoS, AC w/ PW in Rhino
10 Khorne Bezerkers, AC w/ PF in Rhino

So this list, as it stands, comes to 1310. So far I've worked out somewhat of a formation, a pincer move more or less. The KB and CSM squad work together to crack open transports and squish the juicy contents, possibly supported by the DP to pull things out of cover, etc. Besides opening tanks for the KB, the CSM also acts as a counter attack unit to help clear out units that the KB get tied down in, and holding down whatever objective they both just assaulted after the actual assault (because god, ahem, Khorne, knows the 'Zerkers aren't any good at that last part).
The NM and PM operate as a separate team tasked with either holding down the home objective or going for the middle ground, where their range and withering amount of fire power can cover the most. This team also works a little like the first team. The PM are used as bait to entice my opponent to assault them, in which case the NM come in with their I5 to help clear house.

I feel as though this is/or can be a very strong and solid list. My question is what else so I need to put in here to make it stronger?
Oblits and another Slaanesh DP would work well I think, but just no 100% sure exactly which to do, and I don't wanna make a cheesy list! So folks what would help most?

I am both selfish and chaotic. I value self-gratification and control; I want to have things my way, preferably now. At best, I'm entertaining and surprising; at worst, I'm hedonistic and violent.

You need 3 heavy supports, and possibly some Elites. I dont think you need another prince at all.

Obliterators are fine, as are every other option in the Chaos Heavy section. Dont just fall to obliterators because everyone else uses them, work towards something that complements your army. Despite what some believe, Oblits arnt the answer for everyone, so test units out/theorize a bit and come up with your own combination.

To me you have 4 different troops so I cant really say which heavy slots would work best.

Ob would be good.

Zerkers are to go close combat, so max their number to 10. The other squad don't need to be maxed the number. You can keep the points.

So 4 Oblits, or what? Maybe a Defiler or something?

Defilers I'm not sold on. I would go with a minimum of 3 Oblits, 2 units of 3 each if you can afford it.

Going with 4 troops units is good for scoring on objectives, but leaves you lacking severely in long-range punch. Zerkers are great for hitting another troop unit sitting on an objective. Plague Marines are great for holding an objective, and are probably the best unit in the game for wielding Plasma Guns with technically 2 saves. Still, Meltas are a better choice for cracking armor.

If you're going to field Noise marines, go with 2 sonic blasters, a doom siren, and a Blastmaster, and drop the CSM squad. OR go with the CSM Squad and drop the Noise Marines in favor of a Terminator Squad.

Seconded through to the second paragraph.

If you're going to field Noise marines, go with 2 sonic blasters, a doom siren, and a Blastmaster

This though, I would not suggest. Last thing you want is a squad that is supposed to do one thing well have 3 different roled/ranged weapons on their hands I would suggest only using 2/3 available sonic weapons on the NM. In general I fee the BM is just too exensive to take seriously...maybe if lash was around...nah...

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
