Inboud...

It would probably be better if you:

a) Created a specific title for your thread, e.g. IG Armour.
b) Used Caps Lock sparingly and correctly
c) Posted some pics here, stating the techniques you used, and inviting comments and criticism.

Just friendly advice!

Or at least post a link to your gallery....

There is an attitude that not having an insanely optimized, one shot, six stage, omnidirectional, inevitable, mousetrap of an assassin list army somehow means that you have foolishly wasted your life building 500 points of pure, 24 karat, hand rolled, fine, cuban fail. That attitude has been shown, under laboratory conditions, to cause cancer of the fun gland.

Thanks for comments. Still getting used to this electrickery stuff, the pics are taken by camera phone so aren't as clear as we'd like; as far as I know they're filed in the Gallery under "IG GENERAL'S ARMOUR", but I admit to mongness where IT's concerned. Mainly though, the pics are of non-GW stuff I've acquired and tinkered with. Not likely to win any awards, but it may fire someone's imagination? So, enjoy.

EDIT: 58 Pics now re- filed under "IG armour".

Thanks, I did try that but this (at work) pc won't play.

So, for those that find the pics, some notes:
The 1/32 Amtraks sell at about $9; each comes with 3 scale MGs, a.50 and 2 .30's. In due course these will be replaced with IG heavy weapons.

The cargo bay will take 8 or 9 guardsmen with bases, more if you're building a dio rather than gaming. However, the bay is deeper than a guard is high, so I glued some plastic L-beams to each side (inside) and rest or glue a plasticard deck in place.

Add the sponsons of your choice and you have a mini Gorgon.

The one I added a Demolisher cannon to was a very good fit, I just added a shroud around the gun mount made from green stuff and sculpted in.

Any questions or queries on the other stuff, please ask.
