Hive guard will be getting onslaught first turn.. as will one harpy so i can get in range to shoot the next turn . zoes will drop into their deployment zone and chew up tanks ..hopefully early . the harpies will be on elite troop/ light vehiocle duty and the tervigons ..well w know what they like to do.. this is an adaptation to a list i used last game. dropped gargoyles and the parasite..got hive guard and some zoes hope it works out.

Do you need regen for a beast which has 6 wounds? I just think regen is expensive seems your hoping to get a 6 which may never come up.

Yeah, that's a lot of regen in that list, not worth the points in my experience. With those extra points you could say...slim down to 2 units of 2 Zoey's and free up an Elite slot for something like Doom. He is scary as hell and something your enemy needs to deal with. Destractions such as these will by you time to move your force up the field.

that would be 4 elites.. and .. i already thought it out i was either gonna use devil gaunts.. or regen with my extra points.. so i went regen

Well, I dont like regen, especially when you have multiple similiar regen beasts. Focused fire is already a good idea, but regen reinforces this, meaning regen will, more often than not, not be worth the points.

Also, I dislike running both Tervigon+termagants AND hormagants at the same time. Both units are useful, BUT do not synergize well together at all. Basicly, Tervigons dont help hormagants, termagants with buffs are better than hormagants, termagants are cheaper than hormagants, and while hormagants are a bit faster in general, termagants spawned from a tervigon (or 3) get a free 6 inch move that rivals a hormagant that rolls a perfect 6 when running.

Thus, I would drop both hormie units to have 4x20 termagant units, and you still have points to put on adrenal glands to the tervigons (I dont know why you didnt have this already?)

As for the harpies, well you have 370 points in 2 weak MCs that have weak shooting and weak cc. You could instead have 2 biovores and a rupture cannon tfex for the same cost. You get much better MC wounds, and much more consistant large blast spore attacks. Also, 2 HVC, even when twinned, are not as good as the 2 shot rupture cannon versus anything other than dark eldar av 10 transports and ork av10 trucks/buggies and ig av 10 scout sentinels.
