Three pastel colors on a Space Marine aren't going to give you alot for contrast. If this combo were a color scheme for tyranids I would say it was awesome. I would try either brightening the red or choosing a darker blue you want a light dark contrast for opposing colors other wise they mute each other and you have a very bland figure.

My 2 cents anyways.

I would tone down the blue a bit, also make the shoulders more in-tune with the rest of the scheme, as right now, they're saying "HAI WE'RE SHOULERPADS! ROFLROFLROFL!" with their boldness from the other colors.
